problem with that it's a conflict of
interest at the opening of each meeting
the chairperson shall ask if any member
on the board or city staff has any known
conflict of interest with any item on
the agenda
okay anyone have a conflict of interest
if they can chime in if they do doing
currently as it stands we don't have
enough yet for a quorum so I just want
to make that that noted until hopefully
we get some other people on board but as
of right now we don't have enough so on
that note I don't see any comments on
the chat acceptance of agenda since we
don't have a quorum I'm gonna go ahead
and move on to the next one but we could
try to say we can reestablish that
approval of minutes again we had sent
that out just a note that was a minute
some from the last meeting we had which
by the way was back on February 26 of
2020 we did send that out to all board
members so hopefully everybody got a
chance to look at
