Enriquez. We will start with a moment of

of the Los Cusus Police Department and
Los Cusus's Fire Department. Keep our

So, we'll go ahead and start um the
action items 2.1
uh approval of minutes for January 27th,
2025.

Next is 3.1, the discussion items. Uh
Chris Favor.
Good afternoon, Mr. Chair, members of
the TID board. I am Chris Faver,
community development director.
So, we can jump right into the year-end
financials for the TID. Um as you can
see, this is a month-to-month breakdown
beginning last July through this June.
Uh TID funds are revenues are holding
pretty steady year-over-year. Uh and
this next slide actually shows the last
four fiscal years. So, um, pretty
consistent with, uh, TID revenues at
about 6.4 to $6 million annually over
the last three years.
The ending balances and all the various
accounts, we have about $24.9 million in
there. And that's 20 in 2018, we have
about 4.5. In 4270, we have about 19.8.
And then in F uh 404271
we have about $550,000.
So pretty healthy uh balance in all
those accounts.
I can move on to TID projects unless you
guys had specific questions on the
revenues.

So now I was just going to run through a
few of the major or the the larger
projects going on with TID dollars right
now. There are a few smaller ones, but
these are the ones that that are
currently moving through that are that
are of greater importance, I believe. So
the first one is the main street kaias.
So for a while now, we've been trying to
get some of those kaas with shade in
them. They've gone through the design
process. We are um finalizing the bids
with the different vendors with
construction to start in this fall. And
that's going to be about a total cost of
about $1.7 million for shade. And that's
all those little alleyways right off
Main Street uh between say the
roundabout and Bowman
Compost Street. This is one of the
larger projects that'll be funded
through the TID. Currently, the design
is at about 60%. Uh when that project
starts, it'll be about a 14-month
project, and that'll start probably
sometime in early 2026.
And the intent was to redesign to make
it feel like it's more a part of
downtown with with more of the same kind
of infrastructure, bike lanes, wider
pedestrian sidewalks, and make it more
of a bridge into the to the Mosquite
neighborhood instead of more of like a
barrier the way it's sort of perceived
now.
And the last one I was going to put on
your radar will actually be coming for
approval at the next council meeting and
that's the funding for phase three of
the downtown master plan update which I
spelled wrong in the title. Um and so
basically this will be version uh phase
three of this particular plan. The early
ones were done in 2008 and then then
again in 2016. Phase three would take us
through the life of the TID. Uh look at
additional infrastructure improvements
and then now that we have realized Los
Cusus passed, looking at ways to either
eliminate the downtown design overlay or
just um make some tweaks to it, but
using more of the um what was approved
under realize as part of the the design
for the downtown district.
